Breeze church management help7/9/2023 ![]() They keep making improvements and a lot of time what they improve on is because we ask questions and they resolve by changing or updating things. I guess I was unhappy and now I am quite pleased. I do like the on-line giving but found it a little hard to handle at onset. They had some humps recently concerning on line giving but I am happy to say they have resolved. Fortunately, in the near future they will make it easier for people to access their own name, giving, etc which I am sure will be appreciated by the membership once they gain understanding. I am very pleased with the system and although another staff person is beginning to make use of this software a little more extensively that what I use it for they are happy with they have seen to date and hope to use it to full capacity in keeping up with membership activities and roles. Keeping up with members contributions is critical to my position. What other software offers this kind of training? They are very QUICK to answer your questions and have a system where they can actually make a video for your personal question so that you can see how to proceed. Poorly designed, non-customizable app.Ĭomments: I have used Breeze for over 7 years and I have seen improvements continually. Lots of complains about that, things don't make sense where they are located or how they work. Our congregation did not find it easy to use like they market it to be. Slow!! Even after their recent big upgrades to help with speeds. Nothing I can say I really liked "most" as we just don't like the system. However, with a church that has about 250k coming in through CC and ACH, we saved more than enough money in giving fees to pay for switching to a better, more expensive system. Breeze fees are average for CC and ACH giving. Even after their big upgrade, it's still extremely slow and frustrating to use. Customer service isn't very knowledgeable (though friendly). But there are far better systems out there that help to really run a church well, Breeze does not. It has a few perks to that and a bonus volunteer scheduling system. If you are looking for just a database for your people w/ a directory, it's fine and a good value. It is very basic, not a lot of bells and whistles.
